Coaching Packages

Coaching packages are ideal for individuals wanting to improve their overall health, but unsure what to do or how to do it.  Coaching is also great for those who have had difficulty adhering to lifestyle changes in the past, and find guidance and accountability helpful. 

Coaching Packages typically include:

• 60-minute initial meeting to discuss current lifestyle and identify short- and long-term healthy living goals
• Program development by Certified Wellness Coach
• 30-minute follow-up meeting to review and initiate program
• Follow-up calls/meetings at a length and frequency to be determined by coach and client
• Written summaries of initial program outline and any program updates 
• Email and phone access for the duration of the coaching agreement to address program-related questions
• $250 for the initial meeting, program development, and first follow-up meeting 
• Cost of monthly coaching packages varies depending on program structure and frequency of follow-up  
• Fees are quoted and agreed upon prior to contracting

Wellness Consultations

Wellness consultations are best suited to individuals seeking to optimize their already generally healthy lifestyle.  Consultations are designed to address specific areas or questions that do not require ongoing communication between coach and client. 

Wellness Consultations typically include:

• 60-minute initial meeting to discuss current lifestyle and identify healthy living goals
• Program development by Certified Wellness Coach
• 30-minute follow-up meeting to review program 
• Written summary of program
• 60 days of email access to address program-related questions
• Start at $250, and increase based on consultation complexity
• Fees are quoted and agreed upon prior to contracting
